Bay Area Underpinning had the pleasure to lift this home for Arlene & Steve in Vacaville, CA. Arlene contacted us and mentioned that they had recently purchased a home and could feel from walking from one side to the other that the floors were sloping and uneven. This home had a slab foundation, which in this case our plans also called for "slab piers" to be installed.

Todd, the Project Estimator on this project surveyed the home and found that there was foundation settlement along the back left side of the home. Roughly 2" to 4.5" of the home settled in this area. He estimated that the home should have (8) Push Piers , (6) Crawlspace Piers (Slab Piers).
